Importing bookmarks into IE7. 

Copy CountyBookmarks.htm to your hard drive, noting where it is located.
Open IE7. 
Click the Favorites menu and choose "Organize Favorites".
In the Organize Favorites window, click New Folder. This will be where you will put the imported bookmarks.
Type a name for your new folder. (i.e. County of Lake)
Click the close button.
Click the File menu, then select "import and export" to open the Import/Expoort Wizard.
In the wizard, click next
Make sure "Import Favorites" is selected and click Next.
Select the "Import from a File or Address" radio button
Click the Browse button and locate the CountyBookmarks.htm file.
Select CountyBookmarks.htm by clicking on it one time.
Click Open.
Click Next.
Click on the name of the new folder you just created
Click Next
Click Finish
You should get a message that bookmarks were imported successfully. Click ok.
You can now access your County of Lake bookmarks by clicking the Favorites menu and hovering over County of Lake folder.
